Connection (Summit, AGM, Chair’s Tour)
MDA provides opportunities for members to connect, learn and collaborate with their peers and industry colleagues at events such as the Western Canadian Dealers Summit, MDA Annual General Meeting and the MDA Chair’s Tour.
MDA dues include membership in the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association (CADA), which represents the industry with the federal government, the various OEM’s in Canada and the media.

The voice of Alberta’s new vehicle dealers, MDA represents the industry with the media, consumers, and our regulator, the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC). MDA has representation on the boards of AMVIC and the Alberta Recycling Management Authority - Tire Recycling Committee.
Through the MDA Education Foundation, we help members attract, develop and retain qualified people by awarding scholarships to their dealership staff who are pursuing an automotive trade or management career.
Through programs like the MDA Dealer of Excellence Awards and the MDA Education Foundation Scholarships, MDA shines a positive light on our members.
