CORPORATE LOGO Please provide a logo to be used on our website and any printed or digital promotional material during the event, per the specs below: Full Colour Minimum 300 dpi resolution and size of 2"X2" (600 x 600 pixels). .jpg or .png formats only.

SPONSOR TABLE Platinum / Gold / Silver - each sponsor has the opportunity to have a 6-foot table (8' max backdrop) that will be located in the workshop area on Friday and Saturday. Table locations will be allocated based on sponsor level and will start in October. Bronze - sponsors will be allocated a 4-foot table (5' max backdrop).

VIDEO REEL Platinum and Gold Sponsors only are provided the opportunity to provide a promotional video that will be included in event programming. Video must be in .mp4 format and please ensure they are not restricted from copying or modification. Platinum sponsors may submit a video up to 60 seconds and Gold sponsors a limited to 30 seconds. Video files must ne submitted to info@mdaalberta.com no later than October 9, 2026. Please contact the MDA Office if you require assistance.

GALA TABLE HOSTING Each Platinum and Gold Sponsor will be provided the opportunity to host a table at the Gala. Gala will be assigned seating so each table will have dealers allocated.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION Delegate registrations will be collected closer to the date of the event. Please note that sponsor allocations are firm and any companion inclusion must come from a sponsor's existing allocation of delegates. Delegate numbers are firm with the following exceptions: Platinum Sponsors may purchase up to two (2) additional delegates at $1,695 each. Gold Sponsors may purchase one (1) additional delegate at $1,695.

PAYMENT INFORMATION Sponsorship will be invoiced by February 27, 2026. (If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice date, sponsor position may be forfeited.) Sponsor and delegate registrations are non-refundable. Delegate registrations may be transferred to another individual within your organization. (GST Registration: R122463673)
